- Yes. Every deal goes through automated and manual verification before being sent. We check price accuracy, stock availability, and ensure the deal is actually better than regular prices. Fake deals are immediately removed.
- Do you send spam or affiliate links?
- No. We only send verified deals with direct product links. We don't use shortened URLs, affiliate trackers, or spam your inbox with irrelevant offers. Quality over quantity is our principle.
- How fast are your deal alerts compared to competitors?

- Is the deal alert service really free?
- Yes. OfferBot deal alerts on Telegram and WhatsApp are completely free with no subscription, hidden fees, or premium tiers. Our optional Telegram-to-WhatsApp auto-forwarding tool (tools.offerbot.in) has a free tier and a Pro plan at ₹299/month.
- Will I ever be charged for deal alerts?
- No. We have no plan to charge for the core deal alert service. Any future premium features would be clearly separate and optional.
Technical Issues
- I am not receiving alerts. What should I do?
- Ensure notifications are enabled for Telegram or WhatsApp in your device settings. Check that you have joined the correct channel/group (links are on our homepage). If the issue persists, try leaving and rejoining, or contact us.
- Deal links are not opening or show out of stock.
- Deals can sell out quickly. If a link shows out of stock, the deal may have ended—check our Live Deals page or wait for the next alert. Links open the retailer's official product page; if a specific link fails, try refreshing or use the retailer's app.
Tools & Features
- Can I customize what types of deals I receive?
- Currently we send all verified deals to maintain alert speed. You can use our category-specific Telegram channels for Electronics, Fashion, or Groceries if you want filtered alerts. Full customization (e.g. by price range or brand) is not available yet.
- What is OfferBot Auto-Forward (tools.offerbot.in)?
- It is our optional tool to automatically forward Telegram messages to WhatsApp. Useful if you get deal alerts on Telegram but prefer reading them in WhatsApp. Free tier: 100 messages/day, 1 channel; Pro: unlimited at ₹299/month.
